Connie’s passion for community extends far beyond the office. She is a dedicated animal lover, often found riding her horses or spending time with her seven dogs. To recharge, she heads into the great outdoors, camping with her husband and their "true blue" camping friends. For Connie, whether in business or in the wilderness, life is best spent surrounded by good people, family and the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
Jill Heaton
Jill Heaton is thrilled to be part of Kelly Right Real Estate and the Connie & Co team. She has lived and worked in the Spokane area for over thirty-five years. Her husband is a lifelong Spokane Valley resident, and the two recently became grandparents.
Now empty nesters, they enjoy life with their two dogs and three cats in the Ponderosa neighborhood. Their three children attended CVSD from kindergarten through graduation, as well as Eastern Washington University and the Community Colleges of Spokane, and all continue to live in Spokane Valley.
With deep roots in the community, Jill is excited to represent and serve the area as a real estate professional with the Connie & Co team.
Rebecca Espinoza
Becca was born and raised in Spokane and has lived in different parts of the city, giving her a strong familiarity with the greater Spokane area. She has known Connie for several years as both a friend and a client—Connie helped her buy and sell her first home, and later her second home as her family grew.
When Connie invited her to join the team to support her wonderful clients, Becca couldn’t pass up the opportunity. She loves getting out to meet people and assist with their real estate needs. Becca and her husband have a son, Eazy, who is her little sidekick—you’ll often see him out and about with her as she helps clients.
Natasha Vargas
Natasha has been working in real estate for over 10 years, reviving her real estate license in 2024, has given her even more expertise in the real estate profession. Her love of organizing, paperwork, and helping others makes being a transaction coordinator a perfect fit.
She has been an improvisor—both performing and teaching—for the last ten years. She loves being outdoors and traveling as often as possible.
Growing up in a military family, Natasha moved often, so she understands the importance of having a great real estate agent and transaction coordinator. She is ready to assist the team in making the purchase or sale of any home as stress-free as possible.
